PISTACHIO NUT BUTTER

INGREDIENTS:

  • Raw Pistachios 3 cups, shelled
  • Coconut Oil 2 Tbsp
  • Orange Blossom Watrer 3 tsp.
  • Raw Honey 2 tsp.
  • Sea Salt 1/2 tsp.
  • Ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp.
  • Ground Cardamom 1/8 tsp

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a Vitamix, food processor or heavy duty blender, add the pistachios and pulse the motor for 3-5 minutes until the nuts are in a find grind. Add the other ingredients and continue to pulse until fully incorporated.
  2. After you achieve the desired nut butter consistency, check the flavor to make sure it is to your liking. Enjoy!
