Replace two of large meals with smoothies.

The reason for this is to help you stabilize your blood sugar and kick your body out of insulin resistance as fast as possible. It makes no difference which two meals you swap out. Some people like to do breakfast and dinner while others enjoy breakfast and lunch. Your choice.

Smoothie tips:
• Use low sugared organic fruits. Blueberries, raspberries, boysenberries and strawberries are best.
• For liquid, I recommend using water, coconut milk, or almond or cashew milk.
• Grass Fed Whey protein powder is best for detoxing if it comes from an high quality organic source. Plant protein or bone broth proteins are good as well, but don’t have as much of a detoxifying effect.
• Feel free to throw some greens in such as spinach, mint, or parsley.

I also introduced a protein bar that would be ok to use in replace of one of your smoothies.
